Looks of the day

Who: Dia Mirza
Where: Overdrive awards

So what do you think? She went a little overboard with red accessories, didn't she? The dress and belt are fine but with red slingbacks, I dont know where the red carpet ends and where Dia begins. And this shade of red is too X'mas-sy.

Should Dia ditch the clutch or the shoes or both??

Who: Gul Panang
Where: "Turning 30" promotional event

And this is how you do tacky!!
The t-shirt is cute and unique but in one of those tricky colors. A simple, tailored white wide-leg pants would have been perfect. Trust Gul to get it wrong every-time.

I love Gul's outfit, quirky and naturally stylish. You're right about the red, far too contrived and mirtchy-matchy. Must try harder. xxx

Diya looks good as always...but for some reason I'm not quite feeling her outfit..the red is too jarring...and Gul..no comments! :)

I agree ditch the shoes and clutch and just do the belt with some glam silver shoes and clutch. Red is too bold all at once like this it overtakes her outfit.
